Sundays at 5 PM
Attendance
Regular attendance is critical to learning and preparation for presentations. Children with intermittent attendance will miss important practice time. We want your child to be well prepared to sing and minister with confidence. We do not want to place your child in a situation where they are uncomfortable or unable to contribute. Please be faithful in your child’s attendance and make every effort to contact their director when they must be absent.
Dress Rehearsals
Dress rehearsals are critical to the final preparation of a presentation. Absence from a dress rehearsal can jeopardize a child’s ability to be in the right place at the right time and contribute effectively to the presentation. Such absences are unfair to the students whose families have made sacrifices to make sure that their child is present. Absence from a dress rehearsal must be avoided without prior approval from the Coordinator.
